Bradley “Sugar Sweet” Pryce is a Welsh former professional boxer from Newport, born on March 15, 1981. Known for his slick, crowd-pleasing style and strong punch output, he built a long career spanning more than 60 professional bouts. Pryce reached his peak between 2006 and 2009, when he captured and successfully defended the Commonwealth light-middleweight title, establishing himself as one of Britain’s most entertaining fighters in the division. Trained for much of his career at the renowned Newbridge Boxing Club under Enzo Calzaghe, he also challenged for the British welterweight title and the European light-middleweight title. Despite ups and downs, Pryce remained a respected, durable competitor whose talent and resilience made him a notable figure in Welsh boxing.

Charles “The Hatchet” is an American former professional boxer and former super-middleweight world champion. Turning pro in 1989, he became known for his aggressive style, power, and willingness to face top contenders. Brewer won the IBF title in 1997 and defended it in several action-packed fights before competing against elite names like Sven Ottke and Joe Calzaghe. His exciting, high-pressure approach made him one of the most entertaining fighters of the late 1990s and early 2000s.

Lockett is a former Welsh middleweight and light-middleweight boxer known for his power and technical skill. He challenged Kelly Pavlik for the WBO middleweight world title in 2008 and finished his pro career with an impressive record of 30 wins from 34 fights. After retiring, Lockett became a respected boxing trainer, guiding several top British fighters from his gym in Wales.

Gavin Rees is a former Welsh professional boxer and world champion known for his relentless pressure and high work rate. Born in Newport, he turned pro in 1998 and achieved his greatest success in 2007 when he won the WBA light-welterweight world title by defeating Souleymane M'baye. Rees later dropped to lightweight, capturing the European title and earning a shot at the WBC world title against Adrien Broner in 2013. A fan favorite for his toughness, energy, and heart, Rees retired with a reputation as one of Wales’ most spirited and determined fighters.

Welsh former professional boxer who held the WBO super middleweight title from 1997 to 2008 and The Ring light heavyweight title from 2008 to 2009. He's considered one of the greatest boxers of all time, having 46 professional contests with no defeats.
