Refund and Returns Policy

Our returns and refunds policy lasts 14 days. After this time has elapsed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or not as described. You must notify us within 14 days of purchase and we must receive the item within 7 days of notification before a refund can be processed.

Please note we do not offer refunds on items that have been custom made, bought for resale or altered in any way.

If you change your mind, you are eligible for a direct exchange or a credit within the 14 day policy period if the above do not apply.

KO MEMORABILIA are confident that customers will be pleased and 100% satisfied with our product. Every item we sell is 100% authentic, of the highest standard and as described on site.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the provided certificate of authenticity. Refunds will be processed once the item has been returned.

Signed Clothing: Signed clothes are meant for display purposes only and we are unable to offer refunds or returns based on size.
