“Company” refers to KO MEMORABILIA AND FRAMING LIMITED, a UK-based company registered in England and Wales.“Customer” refers to the individual or organisation purchasing from the Company.“Products” refers to the memorabilia items sold by the Company.

These terms and conditions apply to all sales made by the Company. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.
4. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of order. The Company accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only, but we try are very best to hit targets stated. The Company is not responsible for delays in transit.
6. Returns and Refunds

7. Authenticity
All Products sold are guaranteed to be authentic and come with a certificate of authenticity. If however it is established that the item is not authentic a FULL refund of the purchase price will be returned.
8. Liability
The Company’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.
